Your privacy matters to us. This policy sets out, in plain language, what we collect and why.

Who we are

Dizpharm Nigeria Limited ("Dizpharm", "we", "us") is a NAFDAC-certified pharmaceutical and table-water manufacturer based at KM 10, Ibusa-Asaba Expressway, Delta State, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our WhatsApp messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.dizpharm.org and to the WhatsApp messages we send to people who have contacted us or asked to receive our trade pricing.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our wholesale business:

  • Details you give us — when you fill in the "Become a distributor" or contact forms, or message us on WhatsApp: your name, business/company name, phone number, email address, state and city, business type, and anything you write in your message.
  • WhatsApp contact details — the phone number you contact us from, or that you provide, so we can reply and send you the current trade price list and product updates.
  • Technical information — when you submit a form we record the date/time, the page you came from, your browser type and your IP address, to help us prevent spam and abuse.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the site is intended for businesses and adults, not children.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes, the trade price list, and order support.
  • To send you our latest price list and relevant product or availability updates on WhatsApp, where you have contacted us or asked to receive them.
  • To process and fulfil wholesale orders.
  • To keep our records, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our products and website.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

WhatsApp messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to send price lists and updates to leads who have contacted us. These messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. You can opt out at any time — simply reply asking us to stop, block the number, or email info@dizpharm.org — and we will remove you from our broadcast list.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — for example our website hosting and storage provider, and Meta/WhatsApp for delivering messages — and only as needed to provide those services.
  • Authorities, where we are required to by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your details sooner (see "Your rights").

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to our records is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop messaging you. To make a request, email info@dizpharm.org and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

The public website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. We do not use the public site to build advertising profiles. (Our staff admin area uses a login cookie, which only applies to authorised employees.)

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date below. Please check back occasionally.
